How to fill in the excel document to create a new course.
To create a new course, you have to send the Excel document filled out by ServiceDesk in "
IE Campus Management
To copy a course, you have to create a new Excel document and specify that you need to clone the campus (campus_name) with ID (course_ID).
Once the course is created, it´s not possible to make changes. If you make any change, a new course will be created.

To register a new participant, you must select YES in the last column.
To unenroll a participant, you must select NO in the last column.
If you don´t want to do any action with the participants, you don´t need to select any option in the last column.
