HR Talks

Corporate culture development in disruptive environments

A lunch conversation hosted by FT | IE Business School Corporate Learning Alliance

Companies wishing to gain and retain their competitive advantage need to keep building their digital skills and technological capabilities. The challenges relate not only to internal operational processes but also to the culture of a company and how it interacts with customers in new environments. Senior executives need to engage the workforce and generate a cultural transformation that allows the company to implement a new digital strategy.

The session would be an opportunity to discuss how to communicate, encourage and train the workforce to drive change in an organisation. Professor Balvinder Powar, FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance educator and Robin Kwong, Head of Digital Delivery at Financial Times, will lead the conversation:

  • How can we navigate the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world we live in?
  • How is the digital revolution changing working pattern and skills required by companies?
  • How is this environment shaping company culture?

Places at this exclusive event are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Robin Kwong, Head of Digital Delivery, Financial Times

Robin's remit is to push the boundaries of digital storytelling and to make imaginative project planning standard across the FT's editorial operations.
